Terms of Service

Neat Sticker Co., LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Oregon. All transactions and policies are governed by Oregon law.

All products are made to order. Turnaround times may vary depending on order size and complexity. Production begins shortly after an order is submitted and cannot be canceled once started.

All sales are final. For specific refund eligibility and replacement requests, please see our Refund Policy.

We offer a free digital proof on request. If you skip the proof, your order will go to production using the exact files you provided.

Neat Sticker Co., LLC is not responsible for printing errors, file issues, typos, or formatting problems that result from customer-submitted artwork. If you send the wrong file or submit a design with mistakes, that’s on you.

We reserve the right to correct pricing mistakes or errors in product descriptions, even after an order is submitted or confirmed. Orders placed at incorrect prices may be canceled or adjusted.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. This includes but is not limited to fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, policy violations, or submission of illegal or infringing content.

All designs, artwork, and website content are the property of Neat Sticker Co., LLC or their respective owners.

By uploading artwork or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce that content. If we receive a valid copyright complaint, or determine that you submitted unauthorized content:

• The order may be canceled
• Your account may be banned
• Future business may be refused
• Your information may be shared with the rights holder if legally required

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

If you are a copyright holder or an authorized agent and believe content sold or printed by Neat Sticker Co., LLC infringes on your copyright, you must submit your DMCA notice to:

Notices sent to any other email will not be processed or considered valid. Your DMCA notice must include all required elements as outlined in 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

Neat Sticker Co., LLC operates out of Oregon, which does not charge sales tax. However, sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your shipping address. If your state or province requires tax collection under economic nexus laws, we will comply and collect accordingly.

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. Neat Sticker Co., LLC is not liable for shipping delays caused by customs processing or international carriers.

We do our best to keep the website up and running smoothly, but access may be interrupted for maintenance or due to technical issues. We are not responsible for losses related to downtime or accessibility.

Once your order leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. Neat Sticker Co., LLC is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
• Weather events, natural disasters, or other force majeure events

We’re happy to assist in filing claims or tracking packages, but replacement orders will be issued at our sole discretion. If your package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office before reaching out.

If you submit false claims about non-delivery, chargebacks, or product issues — and we find evidence (including but not limited to public posts, social media content, or internal tracking) that the order was received or used — we reserve the right to:

• Ban your account
• Cancel any future orders
• Pursue legal action or report fraud to relevant authorities

We take fraud seriously. Just don’t do it.

Neat Sticker Co., LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our website or products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. You agree to resolve any disputes exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
