Because all of our products are custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. However, if there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.
1. Custom Products – No Returns or Exchanges
Since your stickers (and other printed items) are made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

2. Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or there’s a clear printing or production defect caused on our end, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@neatstickers.co with:
We’ll review your claim and, if approved, offer a reprint or refund at our discretion.

3. Shipping Issues
Neat Sticker Co., LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they’ve been handed off to the carrier. See our Terms of Service for more details. However, we’re happy to help you file a claim or assist where we can.
4. Proof Responsibility
If you choose to skip the free digital proof, your order will go straight into production using the artwork and selections you provided. We are not responsible for any errors, misprints, or quality issues that could have been caught with a proof.
